Every little girl, however briefly, has at some point pictured her wedding day. Whether they imagined white horses carrying them away from the chapel or White Snake playing their wedding march, I doubt many ever picture what goes in to planning the I-Do's. Planning a wedding is daunting and exciting in equal measure. There are more decisions to make than I ever anticipated and more options than I ever imagined. Some choices are very easy, (no to hot-pink tiaras), while others are more difficult, (which white). And while a lesbian wedding in the Deep South presents its own unique set of challenges, there's nothing that two brides can't overcome with a few trips to Ace Hardware, cats, and the moral support of their fantastically accepting friends and family.
